StART Art Fair

In 2014, David and Serenella Ciclitira established the StART Art Fair in partnership with the Saatchi Gallery in London. Conceived as a platform dedicated to international emerging artists and new art scenes, the fair introduced collectors and curators to dynamic markets that had previously received limited representation in major Western art fairs.

Over the years, StART has expanded beyond its London roots, exploring international editions and bringing its celebration of contemporary art to audiences around the world. In March 2017, StART was staged in Doha at the W Hotel, under the theme Art From Tomorrow, showcasing works from across the Arabian Gulf and curated by Mohammed Xaza of the Hafez Gallery, Saudi Arabia.

In Seoul, the fair took place from 31 August to 6 September 2022 at Galleria Foret / The Seouliteum, presenting a carefully curated selection of emerging and established contemporary artists to a vibrant audience.

StART continued to evolve, marking its tenth anniversary at the Saatchi Gallery in 2023, further cementing its reputation as a global platform for innovative artistic voices.
