Journey
Expansion Across Asia and Beyond
Following the success of Korean Eye, the programme expanded steadily:
• Indonesian Eye was launched in 2011
• Hong Kong Eye followed in 2013
• Malaysian Eye in 2014
• Thailand Eye in 2015
• Vietnam Eye in 2017
Each exhibition was developed in partnership with respected local institutions and galleries, reinforcing the programme’s commitment to collaboration and regional expertise.
By 2020, the Global Eye Programme had staged twenty three Eye exhibitions worldwide. These exhibitions were viewed by more than two million people across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
International Institutions and Major Venues
Over the years, exhibitions were presented at distinguished venues including:
• The Saatchi Gallery, London
• The State Hermitage Museum, St Petersburg
• The Museum of Art and Design, New York
• The Arts House, Singapore
• ArtScience Museum, Marina Bay Sands
• Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and Bangkok
• Ciputra Artpreneur Center, Jakarta
• Public institutions in Seoul, Hanoi and Kuala Lumpur
This international footprint demonstrated the programme’s ability to operate at both institutional and commercial levels while maintaining curatorial integrity.
" We are a returning gallery and have really enjoyed growing the fair. It is a delight to exhibit at the Saatchi Gallery"
